  I've been in this store many times and in particular, Melissa has been very helpful and friendly, always greeting with a smile. No need to search for a dude to help me as this young woman knows her way around an automobile. She helped me diagnose my son's F150 coilpack issue and with some new coil packs the check engine light was off and no more shuddering. The guys there have been helpful as well. Today my 2001 Jeep Wrangler alternator was in stock. The store is clean and the people are friendly and knowledgeable. I've purchased adhesive, differential oil, radiator fluid, tools, and several parts. If they don't have it, it'll be there soon. Sure I've found parts cheaper online in a few cases, but when I need it immediately Oreilly's is there..

  Dusty was so helpful and knowledgeable. He talked with us for at least 10 minutes to brainstorm different issues that may be wrong with the car and gave us lots of helpful ideas. Very pleased with the customer service!
